Weight loss Update

Okay the last time I posted I was at 198.9 lbs. I weighed myself again today and now I'm down to 195.6 lbs so since the last time I posted I have dropped 3.3 lbs. So counting what I have already lost I've lost a total of 8.4 lbs. I also recently increased the weights I'm using on the machines for my lower body from 40lbs to 60lbs. However the machines I use for my arms are still at 15-30lbs depending what muscle the machine works.
